In the basket, choose the method of transport that suits you best. You can choose delivery to an address, delivery to a Packet delivery point or to a self-service box, the so-called Z-BOX.

When delivered to a delivery point or to a Z-BOX, find the one near you in the search engine. You have thousands of brick-and-mortar outlets all over Europe as well as Z-BOX self-service outlets.

As soon as the order is ready at the selected delivery point or in the Z-BOX, Packeta will send you an information e-mail and SMS. You will also receive a password for picking up the parcel upon delivery to the Packet drop-off point.

It will then be sufficient to report the password at the point of sale. So you can send anyone for the shipment, because they only need to know this password.

Any cash on delivery can be paid directly at the point of sale, either in cash or by card.

When delivering to Z-BOX, all you need to pick up the parcel is the Packety mobile application, which automatically pairs with Z-BOX and opens the mailbox with your parcel.

You can easily find out where your order is in the Tracking section of the Packety website or in the mobile application.

You usually have 7 days to pick up the shipment.

We recommend downloading the Packeta mobile application, thanks to which you can track every movement of the shipment, extend its storage time up to 21 days or pay cash on delivery.

Returning goods is also easy with Packeta: you just need to enter the return in the mobile application or use the adhesive label that comes to you from us in the shipment. You then take the shipment to the nearest Packety delivery point and it is ready!
